Major Organs

The major organs of the lypmhatic system include lymphatic capillaries, vessels, and nodes. Other lymphoid organs that assist the lymphatic systems are the tonsils, thymus, spleen, and the appendix. The gut has some special tissues called gut assoicates lymphoid tissues which include Peyer's Patches, lamina propria lymphocytes, and intraepithilial lymphocytes. They are located in the small intestine.
